In concrete terms, if, for example, installing a new driver or a configuration change prevents the computer from starting normally, Windows 11 will launch into the recovery environment and automatically activate the Quick Machine Recovery tool.

The PC then connects to the Internet, activating Wi-Fi if necessary, and data concerning the problem is sent to Microsoft's servers.
