For example, she was right about the devices that would be compatible with iOS 18. The same leaker also claims that the 7th generation iPad will not receive iPadOS 19 either. However, he does not mention the case of the iPad Pro, released in 2017, which should no longer be supported.
Three iPhones deprived of iOS 19?
Here is the list of iPhones that will receive the update update to iOS 19 if this latest information is correct:

We still note an incongruity : iPhones with an A12 Bionic SoC would no longer be supported, while iPads with the same chip would be entitled to iPadOS 19. This could be due to hardware restrictions that go beyond the SoC, or to a function planned for iOS and not for iPadOS that cannot be integrated into devices with the A12 chip.
Apple should tell us more at the next WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference), which is held from June 9 to 13, 2025. Developer versions of iOS 19 will be available shortly after the event, giving us a first glimpse of what the update has to offer. The iOS 19 interface has already started leaking, and Apple is reportedly preparing a major visual overhaul with this release, including new app icons and translucent visual effects.
