It must be said that this new installment exceeds expectations to stand out as one of the best in the saga. What's more, it hasn't finished surprising. Monster Hunter Wilds is going on hiatus
It seems that Capcom has well-prepared its plans for the future regarding Monster Hunter Wilds. The development teams plan to add a whole bunch of content to the game over time. One of the big announcements came last week: Lagiacrus will officially be joining this episode next summer. That said, as you might expect, these new features require some groundwork.
Well before this summer, Monster Hunter Wilds will already receive a first major update. In addition to game support, it will considerably enrich the experience. Capcom has already indicated that new creatures will be joining the game. Likewise, a multiplayer hub will be set up. Finally, other surprises will certainly be there.
The work for this first Title Update has already begun. This very morning, since 9 a.m., Capcom teams have been working on it, so players could encounter brief problems connecting to the server. But, the bulk of the work will take place on April 4, 2025! In fact, a long maintenance has been announced from midnight until 5 a.m. The multiplayer features will therefore not be accessible during this period.
Those who usually play Monster Hunter Wilds at night will have to be patient next Friday. But, once the construction period is over, the entire community will be able to enjoy the major Title Update. Also note that times may vary depending on the teams' progress. Don't hesitate to Watch the game's official social networks to find out exactly when the maintenance will be completed. Finally, if you were playing offline during this time, remember to restart the game to update and enjoy all the new features.
